The Mezzanine - Rack System is a resulting design of the combination
of Selective Metallic Racks and Metallic Mezzanines. With
this it is possible to take advantage of the benefits of each
one of both systems, optimising the use of the space and reducing
the cost of use of each system by itself. Additionally, as
a result of the modular design of the columns, it allows to
turn the second and third level, in storage levels, without
incurring on costs for the support of the racks. With this,
its warehouse can be multiplied by two or three, with the
purpose of taking the maximum advantage of the height and
using this space for work areas, offices, storage areas, etc.
 Due
to his metallic and modular design, that avoids the civil
work use, it has a fast and easy installation, with the possibility
of being dismantled and completely relocated, recovering all
the constituent elements of the system and being able, if
it is the case, to modify his distribution. It is possible
to complement the system with lifts that facilitate the tasks
of raising and of lowering products from the different levels.
Depending on the characteristics of the installation area
and on the design of the Mezzanine, handrails of security
in ends and one or several access staircases between the different
levels. According to the use and the loads to support, wood
or steel floors, steel decks or metallic grids can be installed.
